I specialize in neuroscience-based Polyvagal Theory and resilience, offering individual and group sessions focusing on resilience, relationships, anxiety, and grief.

I am a coach, therapist and educator, specializing in polyvagal
techniques, somatic therapy, spiritual intelligence and
Sufism.

Coaching ICF accredited, Neurosystemics Care is USABP (United States Association of Body Psychotherapy) accredited and I have a Master of Sufism and Bachelor of Political Sciences (BPESS).
