In the past twelve years, Luis Gonzaga has delivered Spiritual Intelligence workshops for more than 5,000 people, and Spiritual Intelligence trainings in the corporate environment for more than 700 people, in industries like Banking, Pharmaceutical, and Non-Profit, among others
Before starting his own company in 2014, Luis worked 12 years at Microsoft Portugal where he was certified in the Strategic Operations Review consultancy service, and specialized in personal productivity solutions.

Luis received his B.S. in mathematics from Faculdade de Ciências, Lisbon University, and he studied three years Religious Sciences. He is certified in coaching by Erickson College International, in Spiral Dynamics by NVCC, and Creating Wellbeing from The Wellbeing Lab. He is the author of the book “Religion Online: The best of the Internet on the great religions”, published by Centro Atlântico in 2001.

Currently, he works as a Spiritual Intelligence Coach and Conscious Productivity Coach at FULL FILL – Raising Intelligence. Luis is a co-initiator member of the Conscious Business Portugal chapter.
