1. Curriculum

During the training for the Intelligensi Certified Spiritual Intelligence Coach, the participants will learn:

– the 22 capacities and 5 domains of Spiritual Intelligence,

– how the Spiritual Intelligence assessments work (Domains, Capacities, Questions, and how it is calculated the Strength/Asset/Opportunity),

– how to properly position each assessment for a future client,

– how to coach a client on Spiritual Intelligence and conduct a debriefing session of SI-Comprehensive and SI-360 assessments,

– how to help a client develop each of Spiritual Intelligence capacities.

2. Eligibility Criteria

The requirements to be an Intelligensi Certified Spiritual Intelligence Coach are the following:

• Have experience as a Counselor or Coach or Therapist who works one-on-one with people.
• Have an ongoing regular spiritual practice (e.g. meditation, prayer, etc.) and/or belong to a spiritual community.

3. Calendar

The training sessions will happen online on Sundays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm PST.

Session 1: Sunday, September 14, 2025

Session 2: Sunday, September 28, 2025

Session 3: Sunday, October 12, 2025

Session 4: Sunday, October 26, 2025

Session 5: Sunday, November 9, 2025

Session 6: Sunday, November 23, 2025

4. Pre-work before the online classes

There are some assignments people must do before session 1.

Assignment 1: Read the book Spiritually Intelligent Leadership.

Assignment 2: Write a review about the book (1 to 2 pages), that includes the following:

• What was the main takeaway from reading the book, and explain why?
• What capacity resonated more with you and what did you find more challenging?
• Select a specific capacity and explain how you could apply it to yourself.
• Select a specific capacity and explain how you could coach someone in developing that capacity.
• Which exercises did you find helpful and which you did not?

Assignment 3: Answer the SI-C and SI-360 assessments (included in the certification).

5. Assessments & Evaluation & Certification:

These are the requirements participants must pass to become certified.

• Do all the pre-work.
• Attend at least 5 of the 6 online sessions and review the recording for the one missed.
• Answer a quiz about the content of the training.
• Do a coaching session for two different clients (one fellow student and one outside the training) using each of the assessments (SI-C, SI-360).
• Write a brief report (up to 1 page) summarizing each session (the name of the client should be anonymous). The coaching sessions with other training participants do not count for these two sessions.
• Complete two coaching sessions with either Luis and/or Yosi reviewing your coaching experience with your two people.

6. Certification badge

After passing all requirements, the participants will receive an online certified badge that authenticates their certification.
